- Tactics Healthcare acts as a facilitator only
- Offers subject to hospital policies
- Not combinable with other offers
09. Payments & Refund
- All payments are non-refundable
- Membership once activated cannot be canceled
- Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days
10. User & Hospital Rights
User Responsibilities:Provide accurate data. Do not misuse health cards.
Hospital Rights:Verify card authenticity. Modify or refuse service based on policy.
11. Legal & Liability
- Not responsible for medical outcomes
- Not responsible for hospital service issues
- Governed by laws of Tamil Nadu (Chennai/Madurai)
